Synchronization error

When I open Comodo I have some errors!!!
Help ?!!!

Please create a zip for the log file.
If you check the log file, it has some Chinese characters, probably this is a forum issue.

Please check the task manager → Processes and see if SynchronizationService.exe is running, then go to Control Panel → Administrative Tools → Services → check the “Comodo BackUp Service” settings (which is the same as SynchronizationService.exe) . It should be set to start automatically. You can try to manually start it to see if there are any errors.
