Hello. Comodo firewall give me a warning that svchost.exe is trying to receave connection from internet , should I block this or to allow?

svchost is part of Windows. Make it outgoing only. See here.
Block, unless you have some reason to allow otherwise.
What does your CFP log show? Click Firewall → Firewall Events, and export to html for posting here, if you are unsure of what the log is telling you.
block, definitely. Rule of thumb is to let SVC go outgoing only.
