svchost asks to go out trough port 2869 for my NAS...what should I do?

hi mates…
I just bought a NAS (network attached storage).
I connected it to my LAN trough an 8 ports switch and at same one I have even connected a mac, a PC and a modem router.
Now, sometime I got svchost asks for an outgoing TCP request form any IP to the IP’s NAS though the port 2869 UPnP/SSDP.

Now the question is:
Should I allow it and in case make the firewall learn that rule and instead of any IP for the outgoing request can I restrict just to the PC and/or mac IP address?

Thanks,
Stefano
