Support for KDE Azure 20180906 Based on Ubuntu

I’m trying to update the COMODO Antivirus database. From the Antivirus tab I click on Update Virus Database. A dialog box with Checking for Updates appears with progress bar as expected. However, after 20-30 seconds I receive a message which says: Failed to update the virus signature database. Please check your internet connection and try again later.

My internet connection is fine so I’m confused as to why this message appears.

Can someone help me with this issue?
