Trying to install this today CIS 3 AV flagged it several times [heur .supicious@105157125].

yup false positive, those hure.suspscious entries come directly from CIMA. A file is received and analyzed and if it comes up as suspicious I suspect the system automatically writes a signature for it. There is a draw back to this because it can cause higher then normal FP. But the good thing is that new malware is detected very fast.

Reported file has been confirmed as FP and detection will be removed in next few updates.

This False Positive has been fixed. You can check with Virus Signature Database Version 4772 and confirm it.
