Hi

My brother signed up for the free 5GB storage but his invoice states that his subscription will expire in 1 year. Is this correct? Would he loose any data that he had saved unless he extended (paid for) this period?

He will be able to renew the subscription for free then (5GB), so he won’t loose his data.
