Submitting files listed in Antivirus Events

I have some programs listed in the Antivirus Events but I can’t easily submit them for review. I thought that there had to be a simple way to do it but I can’t seem to find it.

If I try to go to the file through the Submit Suspicious Files section then trying to go to the file will cause warning messages that the file is a virus. If I tll it to Ignore Once then it will just come up again & I can’t submit it. Telliing it Ignore Always is a dangerous option in case it really is a malware.

How do you submit these files safely?

Add all of the files to an archive by using a software such as 7-zip, WinRar, WinZip, or the default one that comes with Windows should work fine. Password protect the archive with the password infected, and then submit it to malwaresubmit@avlab.comodo.com . Write SUSPICIOUS FILE SUBMISSION as the subject of the E-mail.
