Submitted support tickets [RESOLVED]

I have submitted a couple of support tickets, a recent one has been answered, but one from 3 months ago is still on hold. I am in no way complaining, but just wondering why this would happen. Thanks and Kind regards.

Hi Ronny, The tickets that have been answered and closed. One was about malware. One was about the forum before I joined it. The one that is on hold and probably out of date now, was CIS v4 so will it be on hold for ever or can I have it removed. I have since found the answers to my questions I submitted, on the forums after I joined but was still just curious about the ticket thats all. Thanks and Kind regards
