Defence + catched a file, purandefraggui.exe as unrecognized file (untrusted) since August the 12th. File was submitted in the cloud but when I hit “Lookup” it is still classified “Unknown”. File has no digital signature but was scanned on VIRUSTOTAL and passed 0/42. Can I put it as a “TRUSTED” file or wait for Comodo to automatically do the homework? ???

Changed all caps title to normal case. We hear you even better when you don’t shout. Eric

If you want to speed up the process of making the file trusted please submit in Submit Applications Here To Be Whitelisted - 2012. Please read the start post on how to submit.

I did that. After 1 day, still no definite answer but the CMAS instant analysis gives me a red square “unexecutable” (false positive?).
