I am running the Firewall Pro on Windows XP. I am unable to get any answer to a submit query because it results with an error icon. Neither can I find a definition of what that icon means nor any way to configure the process. Have also tried submitting queries to Comodo but received no answer. Would appreciate any help. Thanks JW
