no…submit job come when you run unknown files…i see…
for disable cleaning task you must untick optimization for manual scan:you lose scan speed but you will have less tasks in background (build and clean cache)

I did not run any file…Just scanning a malware pack folder.
my opinion may be a bug…submit files come only when running files not when scanning a folder…i think!
cleaning cache come when it’s update virus database…
