Submit files doesn't work

Hi, I have latest CIS 7 version installed on my Windows 7 SP1 64-bit (without antivirus component) and can’t submit any unrecognized file to Comodo, just I’m getting the message “Failed (0x80070002) The system cannot find the file specified.”
Is this some issue with CIS 7 or problem with my network (I have CISCO EPC3925 router) ?Do I need to set up port forwarding(or something else) for my CISCO router to be able to submit unrecognized files to Comodo?

PS-Lookup files also in the most cases shows message “unknown”'.
