We already had this conversation here. The reason for which we don’t enter into further details - because it is a waste of time. IF we make a full report on forum for each malware/whitelisting detection/request, we would not have time to work on the actual files(imagine forum reports for dynamic file analysis, static file analysis , vendor general profile, wepage analysis , vendor reputation, types of PUA cases found among their releases,scareware cases, installer with deceiving behavior or bundled programs issues,eula issues, comodo DB files lookup for all past signed files, signed files history report etc). TVL is not based only on safe/malware verdict for a particular file/product. There are also cases when a non-eligible vendor could enter into TVL in the future, if current issues are solved. (just to clarify more about the process)
