I just saw in the TVL : Flexera Software, I cannot see Flexera Software, Inc. in the TVL.
My file still unknown after lookup, maybe a cloud issue again.

Can you please whitelist this file only?

Hello, can you please check if F156AED7C37CF3464D9BCF0C4192F158C452625B (SHA1) is in any way trusted? When I look it up it’s rated as “Unknown” but when I run it, it gets automatically added to Trusted Files List (I don’t have “Trust Files installed by Trusted Installers” enabled) and then if I remove it from the trusted files list and then added it to unrecognized files list and then do a lookup for it, it’s found to be unknown? D+ logs claims the file was scanned and found safe… I don’t understand how the file can be scanned and found safe if the Cloud says it’s unknown? (Maybe the cloud gives multiple ratings?)

Anyway, I’d appreciate if you could take a look at this one and tell me what’s going on with the file in question, please note that I’m not asking for it to be added to the whitelist, I’m just wondering if it is in any form already added.
