Submissions Emails Bouncing [Resolved]

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I’m afraid I wasn’t able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I’ve given up. Sorry it didn’t work out.

This message: Remote host said: 452 Message denied temporarily
should prompt the clients sending mail server to try again.
If it doesn’t then the resend then the sending email server is not configured correctly (according to our sysadmin).

Anyone sending submissions should be sending them to malwaresubmit@avlab.comodo.com

These bounces are after over 24 hours of attempted to delivery.
This address is for all submissions?

The email address is for all BOClean submissions.

On the ‘bouncing’…we’re going to need a copy of all the emails as nothing in them states how long they have been trying to get delivered.
This should also include all the header info.

Our sysadmin might then be able to locate any issue.

Again, ‘452 Message denied temporarily’ is a standard reply prompting a resend (according to our sysadmin).

we were told that the addy is:
bocleansubmissions [at] comodo.com

So, which addy to use?

(or are there perhaps two email-addy’s for different cases?)

PS:
May I please ask the mods to include the right submission adresses into the FAQ?
