Submission & analysis of sandboxed files unreliable & slow (4.0.135239.724 x32)

Problem description:
a) Several sandboxed files, which should have been submitted automatically, still had a My Pending Files (MPF) submission date of 1/1/70 (ie a status of not submitted) a week after sandboxing. Manual submission using “Submit” caused some to be validly submitted (‘submission accepted’ response) for others a ‘submission error’ message was generated, and the date remained at 1/1/1970. Some of the files for which a submission error was generated still cannot be submitted after several attempts - these files fusion.exe and AWMconfig.exe, are appended.
b) All validly submitted files remain in MPF and therefore remain sandboxed. None appear to have been processed and given the thumbs up (& they are safe files, not malware). Two examples rconfig.exe and easydesktopticker.exe, are appended.
