Strange laxist beheviour

Hye every body,

I’m using v3.9.9 version of comodo firewall.

When I receive an incoming connexion alert and that I do “allow this demand”, the rule is automaticly translated by “allow any connexion from this ip with any ports”
I suspected to find something like “allow connexion from this IP where port is 445” for instance.
Why is Comodo allowing any port instead of the one concerned ?
To help, I can say that when i set an “out” rule, the port selection works perfectly.
Any help would be welcome.

Thanks in advance

Yann

Open CIS and click FIREWALL → ADVANCED → FIREWALL BEHAVIOUR SETTINGS → ALERT SETTINGS.

Setting it to VERY HIGH will result in specific rules covering protocol, direction, port and address. Lower settings willproduce correspondingly looser rules.

Hope this helps,

Hye Panic

thanks for your answer.
I’m so sorry, but I’ve forgotten to make this precision :
My policy is “custom rules” and my level is “very high” for alerts.
Sorry again to make have lose your time
