Strange alerts

Starting getting these alerts after Formatting computer. for some reason 192.168.0.197/196 keeping accesing my IP and port 139

Here is the exported HTML thing, Can someone take a look at it?

It looks like two other machines (x.196 and x.197) on your LAN are doing the normal Netbios query thing to your PC (x.192). If you’re not expecting that, then those two machines need to have their settings changed. If you are expecting it, and you do LAN sharing using the typical Windows networking protocols, then you’ll likely need to change your CFP rules.

It used to work just fine, I probably need to change my seetings. What shall I do?
