I’ve been thinking about getting a steam juicer, but I have a question about getting the most out of the foods I process. citrus juicer
If I steam juice something like apples, can I then puree/mill the steamed apples and make apple sauce? Or would the solids left behind after extracting the juice be pretty flavorless?
