Stealth Ports Settings [Resolved]

Looking through the stealth Port settings at: Hide PC Ports Using Stealth Ports Wizard | Internet Security Help

The Block Incoming works and adds the rquired Global Rule as it should

However the Alert Incoming Connection doesn’t change or add any new rule to what I already have, or should it?

I’m running Proactive Configuration and have these Gloabl Rules already

No because by default in proactive config it is set to alert incoming connections. Alert incoming only blocks discovery packets sent to your computer and is meant to only ask for incoming TCP or UDP connection requests.
