start Steam in offline mode

Hello,

In older versions of Comodo I could set it to ask when Steam started whether or not I wanted it to connect to the internet. This allowed me to start a game in offline mode or connect to Steam on the internet. How do I set this ability to toggle or get Comodo to ask before it allows an internet connection?

Try setting it Custom Policy Mode.
