i get an issue from security center(win 8.1 os) that i must install another spyware program.i have comodo antivirus 12 installed…Any help?

Could you please post screenshot of Windows Security center.
The Security Center is upon boot sometimes slow to register what security solutions are installed. It may give a a warning but if you check SC a couple of minutes later it may say everything is working.
But if it persists try the security center reset:
Open a command prompt by clicking Start → Run. Type cmd and click OK.
In the command prompt window, type NET STOP WINMGMT /Y and press ENTER.
Type REN %WINDIR%\SYSTEM32\WBEM\REPOSITORY REP.OLD and press ENTER.
Type EXIT and press ENTER to close the window.
Restart the system. Windows should start normally, but you may be prompted to restart the system once more to complete the changes caused by resetting the core repository. You may also need to restart once more if Windows Security Center still does not detect your security product

As I read you have an issue with your windows security centre.
actually some time this is happening due to your windows repository files are deleted during the uninstall of a program.
you have to reset your repository file to install a spyware program.
To do that
- you have to open your cmd.
- Then type “NET STOP WINMGMT” press enter
choose Y and press ENTER. - after that type REN %WINDIR%\SYSTEM32\WBEM\REPOSITORY REP.OLD and press ENTER.
Type EXIT and press ENTER to close the window.
After following these step hope your system works well.
