Spotify Error Code 4 - Comodo Sandbox helps, but why??

Hi all,

I am new to this board and I am using Comodo Internet Security with only Firewall and Anti Virus activated on Win10 Pro x64.

My main problem is, that Spotify gives me “Error Code 4” which means it is offline and is not able to connect to the internet. (I already tried everything else I could find via Google)

Now the crazy thing: When I start the Spotify.exe in a Comodo Sandbox it is working perfectly … ?? I can’t explain this and would like to figure out, why it is not working without the Sandbox as it should.

Could anyone please explain, what the Sandbox maybe leaves out, to make Spotify.exe connected? Is there maybe a logging I can activate and review?
