I have spell check enabled but it is not working in any site. Not even this one. I have 2 Win 7 computers, spell check is not working on either. Spell check stopped working over a week ago. Spell check works in Firefox.

Try disabling (Untick) Ask Google For suggestions if you have it enabled. (Screenshots)
Refresh page required.
Right click within the text area, spell checker options.
