Some issue with the sandbox and CCE

Hello! I have Windows 7 64-Bit. I use proactive configuration with HIPS on atm. My sandbox level is ‘untrusted’.

When I try to run Comodo Dragon in Kiosk or in the normal system as sandboxed it opens up but it just freeze and it won’t go to any website and it won’t respond.

Also my CCE don’t want to update. Signatures database state 1. Note: On that system I’m not using CAV. Just the firewall. Can you use CCE without CAV? I think now you can’t since it gets signatures from CAV? What’s the case?

Update: No help needed anymore thanks. I fixed the issue with the sandbox there was a conflict with another program.
