Notice nor Blizard or Steam are part of the default Trusted Vendors list. I seem to recall that game makers are not added by the Trusted Vendors List.
To be certain that the Warcraft III file is a safe file add to My Pending Files and see if it says that it is a safe file or not.
Apparently the HP Launcher is not digitally signed. Or when it is signed the certificate may not be valid. Please check the Properties of LaunchApp.exe and see if it digitally signed. When it is signed check the certificate.
