Example -
I don’t want my Microsoft Office to connect to internet but I guess is count as System App
Sometimes C:\Windows\ImmersiveControlPanel[b]SystemSettings.exe[/b] asks but it don’t showup “Applications Rules”

Also doesn’t list exe in
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files*
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Platform\4.18.2203.5-0\MpCmdRun.exe
C:\Windows\System32*
C:\Windows\SystemApps
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\

1. CIS/CFW version /
2. Win version along with system bit type ?
3. Can you reproduce the problem & if so how reliably?
4. If you can, exact steps to reproduce. If not, exactly what you did & what happened.

Create Allow or Block or Ask Firewall application rules for those directories for which you want to Allow or Block or Ask connections for the applications in those directories and move those Firewall application rules to the top of the Firewall application rule list.
