[SOLVED] Diagnostics error network (CIS 12.1.0.6914)

I am currently testing the latest version under:

Windows 10 Pro x64
version 1909 Build 18363.476
CIS 12.1.0.6914

At diagnoses of Comodo I encounter the following problem:
It seems that Comodo can not reach the specified IP?

Otherwise everything is working properly for now, I continue the tests…

Edit: I have the report available to the Staff if needed in MP

I just checked version 12.0.0.6882
It’s the same mistake
This is a server problem at Comodo

problem in network ISP (microsoft, comodo…) more slow;
At least in south america or brazil
