software that can't be easily removed is malware

I cannot unintall Comodo easily. That’s malware. No discussion, no argument.
You download a software that doesn’t work properly or ■■■■■ up your PC, so you want to remove it right?
Try finding Comodo with Windows Add or Remove Programs – it can’t be found (go have a look).
The only alternative is to edit your registry to get rid of it. This is dangerous, especially for those who haven’t mastered the dark arts.
This is completely unacceptable.

CFP is NOT malware; however, I’m sorry to hear you had serious problems with it.

I checked my own application manifest in the Control Panel’s “Add/Remove Software” applet, and Comodo appears in the list as it always has.

Editing the registry is a “dark art”? LOL, that’s a new one on me.

Judging from the tone of your post, it appears you aren’t interested iin receiving assistance. We wish you the best of luck with an alternative firewall product.

Paste this line in run command to uninstall CFP3:
“C:\Program Files\COMODO\Firewall\cfpconfg.exe” -u

LOL. Something that cannot be uninstalled is classified as malware. Interesting. I never knew that. I agree with USSS. Make a post and don’t ask for help.
