Slowdown and BSOD using Shockwave Flash in Kiosk [M379] [v6]

Definitely fixed on the loading screen part. But it still take way too long to load the iframe or that what they call it. I couldn’t click on anything just before the loading screen for a while or at least that what I recall. I have compared it with the same Firefox under Sandboxie and it turns out the Sandboxie had instantaneous loading as opposed to the Comodo Virtual Kiosk. Now what am I suppose to do? CIS Diagnostics and advanced task manager reports? I’ll get to that tomorrow. Is anything else I need to send to you?

instantaneous iframe loading as opposed*

Sorry, I am not sure if this is the right words.

Marked up in tracker.

You could see if you can append an active process list snapshot taken while the game is loading. Nothing else is necessary.

OH I’m not sure what you mean by ‘loading scree’ versus ‘frame part’. an you describe wht you see in the game so QA can check if they can replicate?

Many thanks in anticipation

I apologize, I kinda left this thread after you haven’t responded in a while. The process list shouldn’t be different, but I will take the screenshot soon. It’s not the game that I’m having the issue. It’s the part before shockwave loads. If I use firefox outside kiosk, the box should immediately show the shockwave loading and the box. If I use the virtual kiosk, it’ll take a while for the black box to appear and the loading screen part is just as fast as the non-kiosk setup. That’s what I’m referring to.

Thanks, that should be much appreciated. The process list will show any CPU/RAM issues caused by CIS.

Under virtual kiosk, the screenshot shows how it will look for a while. It looks like that longer than it would be on firefox default setup.

Tracker updated thanks.

Any chance of the process list, taken when the event is occuring (so showing CPU and RAM consumption during event).

Can you please check and see if this is fixed with the newest version (6.2.282872.2847)? Please let us know whether it is fixed or you are still experiencing the problem.

Thank you.

PM sent.

It is almost resolved. It now loads at 2 minutes. Process list is attached.
