I got 2 alerts from my Fierewall about UPD connections (see screenshots). Is this OK or is it attack?

For best results, Skype needs incoming connections open. You need only open one port for both TCP & UDP.
By any chance, in your Skype settings, have you set its incoming port as 63903?

Skype picks an incoming port at random at install. I would uncheck the option to ‘use port 80 and 443 as alternatives for incoming connections’ if it is checked.
You will need to add an incoming rule to global rules in Comodo firewall.
“Allow” “TCP & UDP” from “Any IP” to “your network” from “Port any” to “single port 63903”.
Once you have added the above rule to your global rules, add the SAME rule to the Skype program in applications.
For this to be most effective, you will need to open this port in your router also. For a tutorial on how to do that, go to portforward.com and input the model number of your router and follow the onscreen instructions.
