Silly newbie question

Having installed the free version of Comodo Backup, I have run a few preliminary tests and am happy with it.

I now want to set up a backup routine to copy a selected series of files and folders from my C: hard drive to an external WD MyPassport drive E: Copying individual files & folders works fine, but every time I open the Comodo Backup it asks me to re-enter the ones that I want to backup.

How do I save my setup, with a long selection of files & folders sent as incremental backups to drive E:, without having to re-enter the list every time I open CB? There must be a way of saving my settings under some name: eg: MySelection - but I cannot find out how to do this from the otherwise good installation guide.
