A. THE BUG/ISSUE (Varies from issue to issue)
Can you reproduce the problem & if so how reliably?:
Yes. Always.
If you can, exact steps to reproduce. If not, exactly what you did & what happened:
1: Disable “Do not virtualize access to the specified files/folders” option in Containment Settings. Save the Settings.
2: Click “Open Shared Space” task in main window. “Shared Space” folder opened (window A).
3: Open Containment Settings. “Do not virtualize access to the specified files/folders” option is now visually “enabled”.
4: Open “Shared Space” folder in the Containment (window B).
5: Create any file in B.
But the created file can not be found in A. “Shared Space” feature is not really enabled.
6: Save Containment Settings.
Now “Shared Space” feature is working.
One or two sentences explaining what actually happened:
See above.
One or two sentences explaining what you expected to happen:
If “Do not virtualize access to the specified files/folders” option in Containment Settings is totally disabled, “Open Shared Space” task in main window should also be disabled.
Or,
Clicking “Open Shared Space” task should totally/immediately enable “Do not virtualize access to the specified files/folders” option.

C. ATTACH REQUIRED FILES (delete this section (section C) after attaching required files)
Always attach the diagnostics file (instructions on how to do this provided here) and the KillSwitch Process List (instructions on how to do that provided here) and put the resulting file in a zip file. Both should then be attached to your post.
