first prob noticed was very slow running of programs and internet site loading
second nothing shown in device manager
third system restore is empty
forth running services.msc
I get error message
unable to open sevice control manager database on .
1722 the RPC server is unavailable click ok twice
[b]services local is also empty

however if i boot in safe mode device manager is full
if i boot normally and select defence + security disabled in comodo then again device manager is ok
what is going on here and what do I need to do to correct it
