The CIS Miscellaneous/Settings dialog has a layout bug making it too small. Some controls are out of view.

Are you using 120 dpi graphics setting? What version of CIS are you using? When using 3.9 did you do a clean install or an upgrade install? Did you import your 3.8 configuration?
I ran an update and thought it updated my install to the latest, but now I ran it again and it still found an update and updated to 3.9 something. The bug is gone now, but the bug was there in my 3.8.65951.477 install.
