I have question. Is it possibility to configure comodo backup via some configuration file or registry. I want to disable default backup folder, automatic update and change default language.

Yes, it’s possible by importing/exporting these registry keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ComodoGroup\ComodoBackup\Settings\Automatically Update
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ComodoGroup\ComodoBackup\Settings\Default Backup
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ComodoGroup\ComodoBackup\GuiLanguage
