Setting Comodo firewall to block all except one website

How can I set Comodo firewall to block all traffic with 3 exceptions I manually set inside its configuration ?

One easy way is to set up a network zone containing the IPs or URLs you want to block, then make a rule to block everything not in that network zone.

Better way is

"to set up a network zone containing the IPs or URLs you want to block,
and then create 2 Global Rules:

  1. Allow to created Network Zone
  2. Block all

It is more right way, I think =)
