Set WiFi transmit power to 20 dbm or 5 dbm, which is less dangerous for health?

For my health and my family members, since I use a wireless router, it is good to set my WiFi dbm to 5(default is 20 dbm)? I know I will loss the signal strength, but inside my apartment I have enough signal(with 5dbm). Can anyone advise me in this direction? Thanks :slight_smile:
