Security Level settings[Help]

I’m new to Comodo firewall so when I installed the program I didn’t make any changes to the security levels. Below are my current settings. Should I keep them the way they are or should I change them?

Firewall Security Level: Train with Safe Mode
Defense+ Security Level: Clean PC Mode

Unless you think that you have an infection, those are the best settings to use for most people. The adventuresome and paranoid might want to experiment with higher security levels.
