Secure web sites.

This is my first post on here and have searched for my problem for over half a day trying to find a solution to my problem.
I was checking my bank account on line and noticed where the padlock thats on the task bar had a red explanation mark. I clicked on it and it said that the connection was partially encrypted before being sent over the internet. Also information sent over the internet without encryption can be seen by other people while it is in transit. However, the web address in my address bar does start with “https”.
How can I get the padlock to not show the explanation point next to it? I have checked other forums and one replied to a person with my same situation that sometimes this can occur if the time on the computer is set back. This is not my case, as I checked my clock and it states the correct time.
Anybody PLEASE HELP…!

Are you sure you were on your bank’s site?
Because if you were and something goes wrong it’s their responsibility (presuming they messed up the connection).
But if there’s something wrong inside your machine it will be your’s.
Just check with them.

call the bank to see if that's normal

I hope you don’t have a banker trojan!!!

If you 5 minutes to spare, Feel free to run HItman Pro

Greetings Guys!

Hi teka2u,

you probably meant “exclamation mark” not the “explanation”

It could be just this on “htpps” site and read an explanation by the OmeletGuy further
