Secure Shopping downloads 15MB once per minute: why?

Secure Shopping’s csssrv64.exe downloads about 15 MegaBytes about once per minute from a CloudShare host at 104.17.240.186. Why might it be doing this?

For now I’ve disabled it in Windows Startup.

I’m running CIS v11.0.0.6744, database 34089, Websites database 45077 under Windows 7 Pro x64 with current patches.
