Secure Macro's, Scripts and PDFs, etc

I really like the whitelist approach Comodo Anti-Virus uses to protect against application viruses. Does Comodo Antivirus also whitelist Macro’s, PDFs and Scripts? I’d be very impressed if it did as that would be a HUGE challenge. Anyone could create an Excel macro that has never been made before.

What I’m suggesting is maybe having some more controls around Macros, PDF files and Scripts (e.g. JavaScript, ActiveX controls, etc). This could involve enhanced heuristics for these items, or maybe whitelisting known safe commands or common scripts/macros, while blocking commands considered more risky (e.g. ones that change other files, especially system files). This will then close/reduce the main vulnerability that application whitelisting has.
