I am pretty sure I saw something about this, but I can’t find it. I use screengrab Pro to grab screens and portions. As of recently it has reverted to only giving a black picture when I grab. for other reasons I uninstalled and reinstalled CIS, but the problem was there before. But as I say only as of a few days ago.
When I ran SGPro, it was sandboxed (without choice these days!) I have declared it as a trusted app. both by adding it to my truest apps list and also by naming it as a trusted app in the Computer Security Policies section
What next?
