scheduled scan makes system slow

I installed cis 2012 on windows 7 x64, and when scheduled scan start to scan the windows become too much slow.

There is nothing that can be done about it in CIS. You could try to give CIS less priority with Task Manager but I cannot vouch for a certain that would work (I never tried).
