The scheduled scan windows of either the quick or full scan do not automatically disappear at the completion of the scans as did in the previous versions of CIS. I am running the latest version 6.0.260739.2674. Is there a setting which will enable this? Thanks in advance

AFAIK there is no setting for this in V6, other than Turn off computer if no threats are found at the end of the scan.
I realise that is different from what you are asking so maybe something for the Wishlist.
