Scheduled backup keeps failing - status 4

First, you guys did an awesome job, I can’t believe this is a free product. Thank you for making it! :-TU :-TU

I have CB 2.2.127000.12 on Windows 7 32bit.

I have a scheduled job to backup a whole drive (external USB drive) to another external USB drive. If I create a new job and run it right away, it’ll run fine. If I try to schedule it or even “run now” a scheduled job, I will get an error status code 4. It says:

Error Occurred. Could not retrieve disk size.
Backup Process failed with code 4

Some external hard disks have issues with retrieving their size or their signature.
You can try the new BETA version of Comodo BackUp.
Although it might contain some bugs, this issue with external hard disks was fixed.
