Scanproblems with HP L7580

Hello from Aachen!

I’ve problems with my HP L7580. I’m unable to scan, the solution center hangs up while trying to connect to the scanning device. Tried everything no result. Is there any help? Which ports should be opened?

You shouldn’t need any ports to be open. Just make your scanner software trusted in the firewall and D+. For the firewall go to Firewall\Advanced\Network Security Policy and for D+ go to D+\Advanced\Computer Security Policy. It most likely is hanging cause Comodo is learning the program. You can also put the firewall and D+ in training mode temporarily.
