Scanning under different accounts

Is this correct? Should CCS show different results under the “Malware and suspicious files” section?

First screenshot shows CCS run under limited account, second under administrator.

COMODO Cloud Scanner need to be ran on administrator account for having access to the active processes.

Would using “RunAs” have the same effect? I only tend to use the administrator account for installing/un-installing software.
