Scan Schedule not working

Can you please post the parameters you used to do this?

Sure. I’ve attached two screenshots.

In setting up the Windows Scheduler, I simply chose the standard CAVS application from the list; I did not browse for a specific executable. This was simply a starting point for my testing. So that’s the first screenshot.

From there, it’s just pick the specific date/time combo, and I selected to have it open the advanced window when finishing the scheduling process. That gives the same window as in the second screenshot. The only thing I did was set it to “wake” the computer. It requires your Windows password in order to work.

I set the scheduled scan in CAVS to start one minute after Windows was scheduled to start CAVS.

Thanks, I’ll give it shot. Maybe you or someone else could make a tutorial for those that want their scan to run (all the time) at their set interval until Comodo implements this feature. Is this a planned feature or should I request it in the thread for that?

Thanks for posting that so succinctly in the WishList. I am sure Comodo intends for the scan scheduler to work as it should… As I noted in this thread https://forums.comodo.com/index.php/topic,7894.msg57655.html#msg57655 they’ve recently added some functionality in their Backup product; hopefully there will be some improvements in CAVS as well.

PS: I should also note, I set CAVS schedule one minute after the Windows schedule.
