When you scan my computer does it scan all drives and usb flash drives and stuff like that connected to it? If you have a virus on a usb drive, does C.I.S. alert you about it? (No I don’t but I just wanted to know.)

It’s as simple as that. 
For example, I have a USB hard disk drive which I connect sometimes. It contains one sample of malware detected by CIS. Lately I scanned with CIS, it successfully scanned the HDD and quarantined the sample. :-TU
